The son of the founder of Slimming World, Ben Miles, challenged himself to get fit to enable him to ride his bike from Gibraltar to Norway in order to raise money for the NSPCC. Ben started the ride on 10 April and hopes to arrive in Norway on 29 May. En route Ben will be arriving in Rowntree Park on Saturday 7 May 2pm to 4pm and would like you to join him, his team and members of Slimming World for a PARTY IN THE PARK. Join the Party in the Park 50 km or 25km rides or do the mile and make not just the team and Ben smile, but kids too. With the sponsor forms on the website you can even get sponsored for the mile event now. Ben hopes he has inspired many people to get in a better shape as well as stay with the healthy eating plans that his Mum created and that have benefitted so many people to date.
