Get fit for summer with pilates

Starts Tue 7 May 2pm to 3pm at York RI Sports Ground, New Lane, Holgate

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back.  Pilates improves muscle tone, balance, supports beautiful posture, and teaches you to move with ease and grace. All of these things will make you look and feel very fit.
