Energise is proud to offer the
RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification in connection with
First Rescue. This course covers skills needed to become a lifeguard including aquatic rescues, first aid, CPR and health and safety knowledge. Upon successful completion candidates gain this nationally recognised lifeguard qualification that is valid for 2 years. Courses run 9am to 5pm over a 6 day period and cost £285.
