Tai Chi is a low impact exercise which helps you improve your stability, posture and balance and is a perfect way to attain your 30 minutes of physical activity a day.
Sessions will take place every Thursday 10.30am to 11.30am starting from 29 September at Heworth Without Community Centre, Applecroft Road. The first week offers a FREE taster session, all further sessions £3.50.
