Zumba Gold is a fun physical activity session for the older active adult, modifying the moves of Zumba Fitness whilst keeping the fun party atmosphere. What better way to start the day than this fun, friendly dance-fitness class!
Sessions take place every Thursday 9.30am to 10.30am from 29 September at Heworth Without Community Centre, Applecroft Road. The first week offers a FREE taster session all other sessions £3.50.
