Move your mental health

A weekly Wellbeing Circuits based exercise class for people with a mental illness who want to improve their mood and mental health through exercise.
Starts Thur 2 Feb to Thur 5 April 12noon to 1pm at York St John University Sports Hall and costs £3 per session.
