Wild flower planting

Mon 15 and 29 Apr, 1pm to 3pm at Acomb wood (15th) and Rawcliffe Country Park (29th)

We will be planting a mixture of native bluebells, snowdrops and wood anemone to try and increase the ground flora in the woodland.  We will concentrate on the areas where trees have been recently felled, and more light can reach the woodland floor.

Please contact Jenny Cairns if you intend to come along on 07833 436832 or jennifer.cairns@york.gov.uk , so we can make sure we have enough tools and equipment.

Cost: Free

Meet at the Tesco car park off Acomb Wood Drive.
